Exhibitor Description
Purdue University has built nine centrally managed TOP500-class clusters since 2008, giving it the best array of HPC systems for use by researchers on a single campus in the United States. Nearly 200 faculty partners and their students from throughout Purdue’s campus use these clusters for research in the sciences, engineering and social sciences. Purdue backs its clusters with state-of-the-art network and storage systems and expert staff support, along with services such as research data visualization and virtual environment and simulation creation. Purdue’s HUBzero technology is an open-source software platform for research and education, now powering more than 60 virtual research communities in myriad disciplines.
