Benjamin Tovar

Biography
Benjamin Tovar is a research software engineer at the University of Notre Dame. In his current role, he is the lead maintainer of CCTools, a suite of tools to quickly enable scientist the use distributed, highthroughput computing. Prior to his position at Notre Dame, he was a Post-doctoral fellow in the area of control engineering in robotics at Northwestern University, and he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois UrbanaChampaign, where he studied algorithmic modeling for robotics.
